Waterford County Museum is a non profit voluntary museum (even this web site was designed for free by Déise Design). The local council generously provides us with a home for the museum free of charge. The running costs of the museum are partly met by the local council but a large proportion of the finance we need to run the museum has to be raised by voluntary effort (book sales and raffles etc.). We would be grateful for any financial donation large or small to help us with our work.

We can now accept credit card donations online using Paypal. Donations recieved in this way are used exclusively to purchase artifacts in online auctions. You can decide the amount you wish to donate (it can be a small as a few euros or dollars), it will be appreciated.

PayPal is an online service that lets anyone with an email address securely send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. In order to keep information safe and secure, PayPal uses SSL technology. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, Waterford County Museum won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. To donate online using PayPal, you must sign up with them first. It's easy and free.

Larger donations can be made by personal cheque drawn on any major bank. Cheques can be crossed and made payable to Waterford County Museum Society.

Your cheque can be posted to:

Waterford County Museum, St. Augustine Street, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, Ireland

Thank You
